Service terms — preview

ListingDash is currently a setup preview. It does not offer live report fulfillment or accept subscription payments. The demonstration uses fictional data.

Proposed subscription

The planned price is CAD $20 per month plus applicable tax for 100 accepted listing requests per paid billing period. One accepted listing lookup includes its available permitted reports. Failed and not-found requests are excluded. No rollover or automatic paid overages. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; remaining requests may be used until then. Manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation in your account. Production terms and support details will be finalized before checkout is enabled.

Coverage and access

Access depends on provider approvals and the subscriber’s eligibility. A subscription does not grant unrestricted rights to member-only information. ListingDash does not promise every tax record, sold record, price history, or property will be available. No affiliation or endorsement by an MLS system operator is claimed.

Report use

Reports are snapshots of available source information. Verify material details with the listing professional and relevant authorities. No appraisal, lending, legal, or investment decision is made by this service. Any permitted use and redistribution will be governed by the applicable provider licence.

SMS

Service messages will include verification, request status, and delivery links. Message frequency depends on your requests. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for support. Promotional messages require separate consent.
